Consent Statement

Hunportal aims to make service provider, business, programme, venue and other useful profile pages available to users. By using the data submission forms, the submitter expressly consents to the data they provide being recorded in Hunportal’s system and displayed publicly on the website.

Consent is not general or implied: during submission, the submitter must accept the Consent Statement and the Privacy Notice, thereby confirming that they are authorised to provide the data and accept its public display.

• A natural person may submit their own data on their own behalf.
• Data relating to a business, organisation or service provider may be submitted by an authorised representative or authorised agent.
• The submitter declares that the provided data is true, accurate, lawful to use, and that they are authorised to consent to its submission, processing, storage and public display.
• Private data of another person, such as a private phone number, private email address, portrait image or personal profile data, may only be submitted with that person’s prior and demonstrable consent.
• Hunportal reserves the right to review submitted data, request clarification, refuse publication, or remove content that appears unlawful, inaccurate, misleading or rights-infringing.

Based on the submitter’s consent, Hunportal may process, store, organise, review, edit and display the following data on the website, provided that the submitter voluntarily supplies it:

• name, business name, organisation name or service provider name;
• contact details, especially phone number, email address, website and social media page address;
• address details, such as country, county/region, city, postcode, street, house number, floor, door or venue description;
• category, subcategory, service area, activity, opening hours, price or fee information, if supplied by the submitter;
• introductory text, description, offer, programme information, service details and other information intended for public display;
• images, logos, illustrations and photos presenting a service, shop, business, venue, product or event;
• technical and evidentiary data, such as the submitter’s IP address, browser data, submission time, form version, consent text version and administrator change logs.

• The submitter declares that they are authorised to use the uploaded images and other content, and that these do not infringe another person’s copyright, personality rights, trade mark rights, trade secrets or other rights.
• If an identifiable natural person appears in an image, the submitter declares that they have the appropriate consent of the person concerned for the image to be displayed on Hunportal.
• By uploading, the submitter grants Hunportal a free, non-exclusive licence to store, technically process, resize, crop, moderate and publicly display the image and related content on hunportal.hu.
• Hunportal is not obliged to display every uploaded image and may remove images that are inaccurate, low quality, misleading, unlawful or unsuitable for the purpose of the website.

The submitter acknowledges that the data they provide for public display may appear on hunportal.hu in profile pages, result lists, category pages, search results, recommendations or related website areas.

The purpose of public display is to present the service provider, business, event, venue or other submitted content, to make it searchable, and to inform interested visitors. Hunportal does not use the submitted data for any purpose incompatible with this public display purpose.

• Hunportal may store the submitted data in its own administration system and database.
• The data may be reviewed, edited, approved, hidden, deactivated or deleted by an administrator.
• Hunportal may retain consent-related and technical evidence connected to the submission, including the submitter’s IP address and browser data, to prove that the data submission and public display were based on lawful consent.
• Hunportal strives to process only data necessary for the relevant purpose and not to publish internal technical data that is not needed for public display.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. The data subject or authorised representative may request modification, correction, hiding or deletion of the data using the contact details provided in Hunportal’s Privacy Notice.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Hunportal will review the request within a reasonable period and, if there is no statutory, legal-claim or security-related reason for retention, will delete or hide the relevant data.

If someone only wishes to recommend another service provider, business, organisation or person, that recommendation alone does not constitute consent to the public display of the person’s or entity’s data. In such cases Hunportal may use the data for internal review and may request separate confirmation or consent from the person concerned or their representative before publication.
